Wood and Steel pack gives 15 rare material and 70 chests for $5. While Mecha Trojan gear is quite nice, this is not a great value pack to buy unless in a hurry.
It might be better value to obtain Mecha Trojan material through tycoon / labyrinth or buy packs containing monster chest and rare material bundles.
