The Necrosis Set pack gives 10 rare material and 120 chests for $5. While Necrosis gear is quite nice, this is not a great value pack to buy unless in a hurry.
It might be better value to obtain Necrosis material through new tycoon / labyrinth or buy packs containing monster chest and rare material bundles.
