The Maggot Infestation pack gives 15 rare material and 160 chests for $5. Out of Mega Maggot gear, blight ring is the only item worth making. However, this is not a great value pack to buy unless in a hurry.
It might be better value to obtain Mega Maggot material through tycoon / labyrinth or buy packs containing monster chest and rare material bundles.
