The Frostwing Cometh pack gives 30 rare material and 80 chests for $5. While Frostwing has some very nice starter gear, this is not a great value pack to buy unless in a hurry.
It might be better value to obtain Frostwing material through tycoon / labyrinth or buy packs containing monster chest and rare material bundles.
