The Hootclaw Set pack gives 10 rare material and 50 chests for $5. While Hootclaw gear is quite nice, this is not a great value pack to buy unless in a hurry.
It might be better value to obtain Hootclaw material through new tycoon / labyrinth or buy packs containing monster chest and rare material bundles.
