Tons of Tokens is one of my favorite packs to buy in Lords Mobile. The pack gives 495 tycoon tokens for $20 at a value of 24 tokens/$. It is the best value pack to get the tokens.
Kingdom Tycoon is one of the best ways for upgrading your gear as well as paid familiars. You can roughly get 1 gold rare material (like halos, pearls, venoms) from 550 tokens, as well as around 10-15 pacts for the paid familiars. In addition you also get gems, chaos cores, familiar exp elixir, carpets etc. providing a great value overall.
